Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location can't be beat right on the embarcadero. The full kitchen and balcony table for outdoor dining or sunset views is great. Restaurants within walking distance.We were fortunate to park right out front.

Negative: It's Morro bay on the embarcadero so expect people walking the neighborhood and dock walkways. It was off season when we were here so it was fairly quiet.
