Your luxury 3 Bedroom Villa overlooks the acclaimed Terrace Downs Golf Course, which rates as one of New Zealand’s leading golf courses. All of this with fantastic views towards Rakaia Gorge, Mt Hutt Ski Field and surrounding mountains, and located 1 hours drive from Christchurch airport & 20 minutes from Methven Township and the base of Mt Hutt skifield.
Villa 238 contains 3 bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms contain California Kings with the 3rd bedroom containing 2 Single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with raised double spa bath. A second bathroom services the other 2 bedrooms. The villa is fully self-contained with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, open plan living/dining area, laundry facilities and covered car park.
The Terrace Downs Resort provides for a full range of activities from golf, tennis courts, gym, walking, biking, health spa, clay bird shooting, horse rides, jet boating, restaurants. Summary: The unit we rented was very hard to locate and the lock box didnt work. The host included a map, but wasnt clear to us in the dark where to go. The roads are hard to locate and GSP doesnt take you to the unit. There were no food markets and the clubhouse was closed the whole time we stayed there. Which was the only place to get food. Since we couldnt get into our unit with the lock being broken, we had to change units. The host was helpfull- we had to call her many times.
