About 2 km from Città Studi and from the Piola metro stop (green line), Villa Molinari will welcome you with its vintage style and the uniqueness of the spaces inside.
Part of the original furniture, such as the hand-decorated doors and the colored floors, has been preserved and integrated with some modern details and useful comforts for a pleasant stay.
Entering from the main entrance is the living room with sofa, dining table and flat screen TV; always on the same floor, in addition to the comfortable closet, there is a kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, coffee machine and another dining table, also excellent for working comfortably from home.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with tub and continuing up the stairs there is the first bedroom with two separate beds, a large wardrobe and a small balcony and the second bedroom with a single bed, a double bed on the mezzanine and another small balcony; a small flight of stairs leads to the third bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine.
On the lower floor there are two spacious bathrooms both with shower, the washing machine and the fourth bedroom with two separate beds and an independent entrance.
The villa is located in a private street.
It takes less than 5 km to reach Linate airport and about 4 km the center of Milan.
Close by the house there are some shops including a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a bar as well as some restaurants.
