Summary: Ideal location for us (close to Aurora Sports Park). Clean, comfortable home, with some wear. Not a lot of glasses, cups, plates, bowls, and silverware, but adequate for our needs. Biggest issue was that there is a mention in the "rooms and beds" section of listing of a double futon, which does not exist.
