Summary: First night at hotel, I am a handicap person Which they did give me handicap room The power went out for over five hours, I was unable to use my CPAP machine, which I was unable to sleep and was up for over 24 hours. The elevators didn’t work until noon time which took me over 40 minutes to get down stairs since I was on the fifth floor of the hotel. I expect money back for my first night. I was there because it was completely unacceptable. I understand that you can’t control power however they also were very snotty over the phone as they had frequent calls and they expressed over the phone that they had frequent handicap people that were in the room and that they can’t do anything about it until they can get someone to fix the elevators and there was no guarantee it was gonna happen since it was on Thanksgiving day.
