5 Bedroom House in South Haven

The Indiana Avenue Beach House is available to mature, responsible and respectful families only. Our home is located in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood and is not well suited for loud groups nor late night parties. The home has five bedrooms total. One bedroom is located on the first floor and four bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are four bedrooms with queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There are four full baths. One full bathroom is located on the first floor and three bathrooms are located on the second floor. Two of the three second floor bathrooms are en suite and located within a bedroom. Plenty of room for everyone!
Please note that we do not have a huge yard. There is enough room for a game of Baggo, horse shoes, ring toss, etc. in the front or side yard. For outdoor activities that need more space, we are a very short distance to South Haven's South Beach and Kid's Corners Public Park. Just to be clear, we do not have a huge yard. What we do offer is the most ideal location centered between downtown South Haven and Lake Michigan!!!

Summary: My 11 friends and I stayed for a weekend and it was amazing! The house is exactly as described and big enough to comfortably house and sleep 12 adults. The bathrooms are plentiful and the kitchen and living room were large enough to fit everyone at once. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room couch was also super comfortable. The location is also perfect, and walking distance to downtown and the beach. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The only minor gripe was that the beds were kind of uncomfortable, but that was more than balanced out by how amazing the property is overall. All in all, stay here, you won’t regret it!
