Quietly situated in a small, historic village on the Istrian peninsula, this charming stone house was originally built 125 years ago and has been lovingly restored to blend modern amenities with well-chosen vintage fittings and furniture to capture the charm of days gone by.
The property is arranged over two floors and enjoys many original features including a fully- functional fireplace, exposed stone walls, wooden beams and a characterful kitchen. Incorporated within the property’s open-plan living space the kitchen is fitted with both a gas and induction hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer. This area is also furnished with a dining table and a comfortable sofa.
Outside, the garden boasts a large hot tub where guests can relax after a full day of exploring and an alfresco lounge area with BBQ facilities and a dining table located on a separate terrace. The house is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and numerous walking trails, leading to forest paths, an old mill on the river below and many waterfalls nearby.
