Casa La Moka is located in the Sunclass Villagio holiday park, Tignale. The bungalow is fully detached with private garden, terrace and distance to neighbours.
The park is located in National Park 'Parco Alto Garda', about 600m above Lake Garda, for a great combination of beautiful views and easy access to the lake. The park has a large outdoor swimming pool with lifeguards and entertainment program for young and old in high season.
The bungalow has 3 bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen, open plan living room with two large sofas, rocking chair and a separate dining table with chairs.
Two large sliding doors open onto the partly covered terrace and the sunny private garden. The garden has a table with 6 chairs, sun beds and umbrella.
There is a flat screen satellite TV with international channels and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, two fridges with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, plates, etc. There is also a dining table with chairs.

A bedroom with two single beds.
A bedroom with bunk beds.
In the King's size bedroom has a large wardrobe, with smaller wardrobes in the other bedrooms.
Holiday park Sunclass Villaggio, Tignale
Sunclass Holiday Park is a park with around 170 bungalows. It is located just above the town of Gardola at about 500 meters above Lake Garda, adjacent to the nature park 'Parco Alto Garda'
The swimming pool is open between May and September and is only accessible to guests of the holiday park. In the high season there is an animation team and a lifeguard. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a playground and ping-pong tables.
The neighboring Gardola is a nice place with good facilities such as several good resataurants, a supermarket, tennis courts (bookable through reception), a weekly local market, and shops with wine, olive oil and local products.
