REFUND POLICY

In the event of a malfunction, it could take several days to procure necessary parts or schedule a technician.
Our pools undergo thorough cleaning and maintenance twice a week, as well as after storms. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time. If you require additional service, please inform us, and we will commit to resolving your request within 24-48 hours.
Spa heating is available for a small fee.
