Welcome to our warm and spacious villa, located in a quiet gated community in south Lakeland, FL! Our home offers several separate seating spaces outfitted with comfortable furniture and smart TVs throughout the house. We have an amazing outdoor space to share with you! The enclosed, screened in area boasts a heated pool, hot tub, hammock, lovely lanai, and an outdoor kitchen. Outside the screened area, the backyard offers several varieties of fruit trees including starfruit, avocado, and mango, just to name a few. Please help yourself!
Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked to serve all of your meal preparation needs. There is even a 2nd refrigerator in the garage, available for use during your stay. The primary bedroom has a lovely ensuite bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Along with the 4 bedrooms, we also have a king size air mattress, pullout queen couch, and a chair and a half that coverts to a twin bed. In total, our home can sleep up to 13 guests!
We are located near grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We are also convenient to Disney (45mi), Legoland (20mi), Busch Gardens (40 mi), gulf side beaches, many golf courses, museums, theaters, nature preserves, botanical gardens, and NASA Kennedy Space Center. In addition, Lakeland is home of the Detroit Tigers spring training along with other sports and events. The home is situated near several Florida universities; Florida Polytechnic University, Florida Southern College, Keiser, Polk State College, and Southeastern University.
Our home has one doorbell camera on the front door. We have security cameras on the front yard, both sides of the house, and the back yard. There are NO cameras inside the home, on the lanai, or on the pool and hot tub.
