Summary: While this is a good location, the exterior of the property is a work in progress and currently in a state of disrepair. A recent rain event had caused the ceiling in one unit to collapse and the ceiling in ours to leak onto the couch. The owner was unaware of this until we got there. The carpet in our unit was absolutely filthy.
