Newly updated three-bedroom, three-bath vacation home with incredible views of the lake. Just a short walk to beach access -- swim in Lake Michigan, walk along the beach or enjoy beautiful sunsets. Beach access is one block south of the home. There's a fully equipped modern kitchen, massive decks overlooking the lake, a wood-burning fireplace for the cooler evenings, and a hot tub. No direct beach access from the front of the home.
More than ample sleeping accommodations: There are two bedrooms on the second floor (4 steps up). The primary bedroom has a deck overlooking the lake and a fully modern master bath. It has a King Bed and a Queen-size Murphy bed. The other bedroom on this floor has a King and Queen bed. A full bath off the hall. The third bedroom is located in the basement (8 steps down). It has a King Bed and a Queen-size Murphy bed. It has an ensuite bath.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.
