Summary: Check-in was simple, I received a message from the host about an hour before arrival with the code for the front door. The interior of the property has been updated. Kitchen is well appointed with most of the essentials, the only thing we didn't find was a cutting board. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. A few of the blinds have damage and the bedrooms could use some curtains to block light from nearby houses/businesses. Communication with host was excellent. This house was the perfect size for a long weekend stay with our family of four. Papa Johns is within a block from the house. Grocery store, Target, gas station, NY style pizza place, and more are at shopping center just across main road from this house. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Roughly 10 minute drive to get to the falls, you won't want to walk and you will drive through a heavily industrial area to get there. Be prepared to pay for parking between 10 and 35 for the day. 12-20 minute drive to Canada, if you cross into Canada there is a 6 toll.
