This modern escape is bustling with stylish decor and lovable amenities. From brand-new TVs, a dedicated workstation, blazing-fast wifi, travel essentials, and a bar cart to a fitness center and grills, this unit makes you feel right at home. It sleeps a total of 4 people with 1 king and 1 queen bed plus a couch. A short walk to Larimer Square, Union Station, Coors Field, and all that downtown Denver has to offer. Only a 2 hour drive to the mountains and ski country.

A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. Summary: Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We would highly recommend if you are looking to stay downtown.
