We are located only 15 miles south of Bend in a tranquil Ponderosa Pine forest. "This home is absolutely beautiful and is one of the best rentals our family has ever stayed in! It was extremely clean everywhere, all beds were very comfortable, and every amenity was available. The coffee bar was greatly appreciated as were all the special treats left for us to enjoy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, perhaps in the summer next time so we could make use of all the outdoor areas. Thank you for a fun and memorable vacation!"

D É C O R: The home was designed and curated with modern, classic, luxe décor by the prior owner and we only changed it a tiny bit to reflect our love of fly fishing. We hope you enjoy the vibrant pops of Pendleton flair sprinkled throughout the rooms as much as we do. The custom mural of Mt. Bachelor in the Brook Trout Room is definitely a showstopper!
E N T R Y: We hope you’re as in love with the modern black and white design theme as we were when we first saw this home! We love how the natural light gleams through the vaulted ceiling windows to create a light & bright feeling in our open floor living plan.
L I V I N G + R O O M: Enjoy the coziness of the large white sofas (stain protected, of course!) and stream a show that you’ve been dying to catch up on or enjoy playing Scrabble (a favorite of ours), Jenga, Cards Against Humanity, or What do you Meme. The great room layout allows guest to enjoy the fire/tv while gathering with friends/family in the kitchen and dining spaces.
K I T C H E N: Enjoy the beautifully designed kitchen featuring Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances. Our kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials plus a crock pot, Ninja blender, Cuisinart, wok, waffle maker, baking pans, roasting pan, platters, serving dishes, pie dishes, and an assortment of spices and olive oils.
C O F F E E + B A R: We hope you enjoy the dedicated coffee bar with all the bells and whistles as much as we do! We have a Keurig, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Nespresso Milk Frother and a Fellow Tea Kettle. Caffeinated & Decaf coffee & tea are provided, along with a variety of sweeteners and creamers.
D I N I N G + R O O M: The dining table is an original from the first owner! It’s solid wood, super sturdy, and seats 8-10.
B E D R O O M S: The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths are all conveniently located on one level. We are continuing to use the luxurious white bedding because it feels like the bedding found in high-end hotels.
We love fly-fishing and we’ve named each bedroom in honor of a different beautiful local trout species.

• The Brown Trout Room (King Bedroom): King mattress, 2 down & 2 alternative down pillows, TV w/ Roku, Jack & Jill bathroom, shower essentials and small toiletries provided.
• The Brook Trout Room (Queen Bedroom): This is the favorite mural room that was custom designed and painted by the former owner’s niece! 2 Queen beds, 2 down & 2 alternative down pillows per bed, Jack & Jill bathroom, shower essentials and small toiletries provided.
D E C K: Enjoy the outdoor living space which is warm, relaxing and peaceful. We have a gas BBQ and gas heater waiting for you to enjoy dining for 10 at our outdoor teak dining table. *Please note: Outdoor furniture, BBQ & décor available during summer months only May 1- October 1.
H O T + T U B: If you’re like us, we enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing Mt. Bachelor or fly fishing on the Deschutes. *Please note: Hot tub is available year-round.
G A R A G E: Accommodates one large vehicle inside the double bay garage door. Additional parking in the driveway. Guests are free to use the garage door button inside the garage to open and close the door. Garage contains two freezer refrigerators for guest use.
B I C Y C L E S: We have 6 beach cruisers made by Priority. Old school styling with a modern tech belt drive. Built on a foundation of the grease/rust-free Gates Carbon Drive, these 3- speed bikes feature a lightweight, rust-resistant aluminum frame and fork, sealed bearings, puncture-resistant tires and color-matched fender. Ride to the SHARC or The Village...or to the Marina for Margaritas.
R E C R E A T I O N: There are over 40 miles of bike/hike paths in Sunriver! The trail network is accessible from the backyard. The Wily Trout is located just minutes aways from an award-winning golf course, dozens of tennis & pickleball courts, the SHARC pool, Fort Rock Park and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort.
