Ideal for MiCo, Fieramilanocity and Rho Fiera; well served by M1 (red line) and M5 (lilac line) undergrounds and ground public transport; you'll be 10 minutes far from Piazza Duomo or Rho Fairgrounds. Suitable for up to 4 adults (2 in bedroom and 2 in sofa bed). Position counts when you're in a short business or weekend trip. From my little apartment any place in Milan will be at easy reach: Piazza Duomo, La Scala Theatre, Brera district or the Navigli area will be reachable in minutes by the M1 (red line); useful services are at hands, such as coffee shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and laundries.
If you'll choose relaxing or quietly working with a home comfort, the apartment will offer you a 42" flat panel LCD TV, air conditioning, broadband internet access and WiFi; a fully equipped kitchen will satisfy your needs for preparing your preferred food.
I'm very discreet with my guests, but you can count on my support if necessary.
Other than Italian, I can speak French and a little English; my husband will help us with fine English and Spanish.
The neighborhood is pretty popular and there's plenty of life during the day along the street. In minutes walking you could easily reach the San Siro Stadium, the Palalido and Casa Milan, the new home for AC Milan football club, located at the Portello Shopping Center.
Nearby and at walking distance you could reach Fieramilanocity to take part or to visit any of the several events and exhibitions being organized this year; you can also take the chance for a run through the newly created CityLife area, or just take the chance for a relaxing walk.
Reaching the Rho Fairground and the former Expo 2015 location will be very easy, thanks to the very close M1 (red line) Lotto/Fieramilanocity station.
The apartment is in a condominium, thus the typical condominium rules apply.
Please also consider:
- No smoking in the apartment and in all the condominium spaces.
- Separate rubbish into glass, plastic, paper and wet, then confer to specific containers located in the condominium courtyard.
- No pets.
