Positive: Location at central Region. It was very convenient for us. Also, the house was very comfortable, plenty of space for big groups. Great view of the lake from the balcony. Ferry transportation was great for visiting towns on the other side of the lake (Bellagio, mainly)

Negative: This is just a heads up for future guests. As we understand that during the holidays (Dec 25 and 26), some services may be closed, we still struggled buying groceries and finding restaurants at night, something we weren't expecting. So, acknowledge if your travel is during local holidays so you can plan in advance.
