Positive: The location is very convenient if you wish to visit Mantova. It is a very nice apartment on three floors (we used only two floors though), very well organized and cosy. All you need for preparing a breakfast or a quick dinner is available, which is just what we needed. It was very convenient to have also a place to keep our bikes inside, and we were lucky to have a parking place just in front of the entrance (for the parking you have to pay a daily fee of 6,5 Euro). We were received by the owner, it was a very good experience, he gave us information and tips for our visit. Check out was very uncomplicated.

Negative: The windows are just on the street side, which can be a bit noisy during weekdays. During the night it was not so bad. The ground floor is a bit dark, especially during these days at the end of October, but we did not spend much time in the apartment during the day.

Summary: Very nice location to visit Mantova.
