This is a one room, one full bath detached unit with a private entrance. Its small but has the basics. It has a counter top, mini fridge, microwave, two comfy chairs as seen in photo, a comfy queen bed, and comes with a Keurig stocked with cups and powdered milk. There is not a tv due to the space. Its a safe and quiet place to rest for travelers. Wifi has been sufficient to stream on your own personal devices.

This area is surrounded with hundreds of restaurants within walking distance of 1 mile vicinity. Just walked down the historic brick path onto the patio that leads to the guest house. There is a side yard with a chimnea fireplace they can also be used with caution. There is an oak tree swing that is pretty to use it anytime of day.
