Your tranquil Palm Springs Oasis awaits you in highly sought-after South Palm Springs (think, less wind). Located just minutes from downtown and in close proximity to golf, horseback riding, shopping, hiking and great restaurants, our 3-bedroom home features a spacious living room with 60" TV, a family room with 65" TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen (yes, we love to cook), a beautifully manicured backyard with mountain view, a covered patio with built-in BBQ, an outdoor fire pit and a pool with elevated jacuzzi. Our Master suite has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, a TV and plenty of space to relax. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom (shower); and the third bedroom also accommodates a queen bed. There is a third bathroom in the hall (shower). This home is perfect for families, couples or friends looking to relax. This is not a "party" house. Our neighborhood is quiet and we are committed to keeping it that way (no outdoor music, no late night or excessive noise please.) However, if you are looking to chill out, and enjoy some quality down-time, this home will not disappoint. Summary: This property fully met - and in many regards, exceeded - our expectations. The layout was perfect for a family vacation that included three teenagers who value their space. The decor was modern and tasteful, the linens and towels were much nicer than what you usually find in a vacation rental and the kitchen was recently updated with high-end appliances and everything we needed to cook meals, including a full Thanksgiving dinner. The backyard was truly a private oasis with plenty of space to relax. The owners of the property were responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. The location was good - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. All in all, this is the nicest VRBO I have stayed in at this price point. We would definitely stay here again.
