Our home is the perfect place for off-roaders and boaters alike. two blocks to dirt roads that lead to hundred of miles of desert trails, about 5 miles to the river, or nearby Golf Courses, about 6 miles to the AVI casino, and about 12 miles to the Laughlin casinos!! After a long day on your adventures you can come back to a clean, comfortable and peaceful place. BBQ hanging out by the pool, or enjoying the sunset view from the front of the house. Nothing but relax, unwind and recharge!!
Very quiet residential area. Loud noise or music is not permitted. Specially during quiet time, after 10:00 pm.
