Summary: This is a top floor apartment on Franklin Street in PTown. A great unit that is quiet but close to everything. The unit is better than the pictures indicate. It's a very open kitchen and living room with a beautiful bathroom and bedroom and a washer and dryer which we used several times. Very convenient. All redone and felt brand new even though the building dates back many years. Mike the owner was always responsive with any questions I had. Also the unit was stocked with everything you need. All wonderful place for a week of fun or a week to relax shop and go the beach. I would recommend this unit highly. Brad Tompkins
