The house, being located in a strategic place, allows our customers to live the holidays immersed in the peace of the landscape that surrounds it and to reach any kind of attraction on foot.
The apartment, accessible up the stairs, is composed as follows: living room with an open plan kitchen fully equipped , sofa and exclusive balcony with breath-taking view over the whole gulf of Salò; bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, double bedroom with twin beds, private garden with sunbeds and table.
The apartment has private parking and free parking just a few steps from the house.
Silvi’s Home is a lovely penthouse overlooking the lake, located in Renzano, a small village located on the shore of Lake Garda. The accommodation is 15-minute walk from the centre, from the beaches and the magnificent lakefront where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and all the essentials.
The apartment is suitable for couples, but also for people who want to appreciate the charm of our Lake and relaxing.

Salò is one of the most charming and attractive villages in the province of Brescia. It rises on the shores of Lake Garda, between the Morainic Hills and the imposing Monte San Bartolomeo. For example , there is the sbrisolona cake, wet with typical Brescian grappa and mimosa cake. Among the aperitifs, absolutely to try what, everyone here calls "Pirlo" wich is the lighter version of the Spritz: light, sweet, very aromatic and pleasant to the taste.

-By train and bus: The nearest railway station is Desenzano, just few kms from Salò where you can get to it by bus.
