This Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offers comfort and quality in a serene location close to town and beaches. It has a 20X 40 heated pool, outdoor hot/cold shower and three levels of surround decking with dining gazebo, BBQ area, outdoor sink, drinking fountain and Weber gas grill. Deck furnishings include dining tables, chaises, sunbrellas, and lots of sun. The property is embedded in greenery and bordered on two sides by acres of unbuildable “greenbelt” providing the home and pool with unusual privacy.
You will have the entry code for two gated community tennis courts a five minute walk around the corner.
Indoors, the house provides a bright double height Great Room with 4K TV, a Sonos music system, built-in wall speakers, a well supplied modern kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms with great beds and quality linens. Downstairs a carpeted lower lounge provides a second large family living space including a home TV theater with 55” TV, surround speakers, a wine cooler, bar sink, mini second dishwasher, coffee maker, large second refrigerator/freezer, and an office area with desk, WiFi and printer.
