Summary: The place was great, owner communication excellent. It's key having 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1/2 bath in main level. My only nit pick is the proximity to an exit ramp where drives seem to think it's the Denver 400 kicking off every night, might want to pack some ear plugs if you're a sensitive sleeper.
