With multiple, expansive decks, sweeping views, and plenty of living space, this home is truly comfortable for up to six people and offers a little something for everyone! Shared use of a dock (ask about mooring options), heated swimming pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), and common gym area are just a few of the perks of this delightful property, within easy reach to restaurants and shops in charming Southwest Harbor.
*Island Explorer (free MDI bus service) stops right in front of the Western Way townhouse community and can take you most places on the island.
*1/2 mile walk to shops and restaurants in the town of Southwest Harbor.
*5-7 minute drive to Echo Lake (freshwater lake with sand beach and nearby hikes.)

SECOND FLOOR: Stairs lead to the main living level which features an open Living Room with television and fabulous views, and sliders to the spacious deck overlooking the harbor and mountains beyond. Dining area with mini-split heat pump/AC unit that is sufficient to cool entire living area when needed. Table that seats six comfortably. Well-stocked Kitchen ready for meal prep. Door to small deck overlooking the back yard area with table and chairs is waiting for your quiet morning coffee! Half Bath next to the Kitchen.
THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom with Queen Bed and mini-split heat pump/AC unit. Shared Full Bath with walk-in shower. Primary Bedroom with King Bed, mini-split heat pump/AC unit, and en suite Full Bath with magnificent tile walk-in shower. Sliding doors to elevated deck and harbor views.
FOURTH FLOOR: Den/Study/TV room with plenty of comfy seating and a small work area plus and large screen TV.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Multiple furnished decks, accessed both from inside the house and from stairs on the outside. Small deck on the back of the house overlooks the shared lawn area with woods beyond.
EXTRAS: Shared use of the heated swimming pool in front of the house, and access across the road where a pier and dock are available for drop-off and pick-up. If you rent or bring your kayak or canoe, ask about storage near the dock. Moorings for larger boats may be available with plenty of advance notice. Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The views were stunning, the home was spacious and clean, and this was by far the most well stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Cooking in the kitchen was as easy as being at home everything was so organized and readily available. We will definitely look into staying here if we ever return to Southwest Harbor.
