This property offers privacy with a large pool. The house sleeps 13 and has a game room with a great ping-pong table, pool table, and bar to enjoy. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. You're close to everything including Cooper's Beach. If you have been wanting to visit the Hamptons for the first time this house is a perfect choice. Perfectly located in the heart of the Hamptons, just minutes from the village and the beach.
The home is clean and stylishly decorated! With FREE WIFI and cable TV plus free parking, what more can you ask for? This home has everything you could possibly want. Just bring food and clothing!
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pool will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Cameras are on the driveway for safety reasons off-season when the house is not rented.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
