Sunset Bay is 3000 sq foot beautiful new 2008 custom built 3 STORES home gazes at the Pacific Ocean mand it just a stone throw away from the local sandy beach. The hypnotic sounds of the ocean waves crashing, the salty beach air, reefs, sea lions, this and more all observed from this home.
Beach access is Drive Down &Wheel chair accessible!!! Just 50 feet away!!! It is perfect home for family reunion,classmates reunion, anniversaries, corporate travelers for local conference and any other large group up to 18, who needs to be together in one place.

Stepping out from the Great room to the sundeck and smelling the salty ocean breeze,HOTSPRING SPA FOR 5-6 PEOPLE ,hearing the roar of the waves with the only concern of which chair you should relax in. This deck has 1 gas BBQ and 1 char-coil BBQ grill , eating area table for 8.
Upstairs (3d FLOOR)we have three bedrooms,all with 50"UHD 4K TVs. Enter the Master Bedroom suite through the double doors and you will fall under the spell of this romantic and comfortable place.
Magnificent, almost 180 degree ,ocean and beach views, king size bed, luxurious master bath,big screen plasma TV. You will fall asleep to the Pacific waves with awe inspiring views of moonlight and starlight on the water, and you will wake to the stunning vista that is the majestic Pacific Ocean.Also we have in m.bedroom walk in closet a folding crib bed with bedding and folding twin bed .
The master bath is spectacular, with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and separate walk in shower with jetted body sprays and rain head. Second Master suite with King-bed,43" UHD 4K TV and spectacular wall-to-wall ocean view.
Both Masters suites have access to balcony with phenomenal beach view!!!The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size bunk bed. There is another upstairs full bath with shower.
Downstairs has two bedrooms . 4th bedroom is really big part of Family room with Queen bed & twin/twin bunk bed , tons of toys & games ,big 55"UHD 4K TV with Nintendo Wii &PS4 console and 13 games,DVD,CD,cable ,also sofa-bed, with converts to additional full size bed and queen bed .
