Unit includes separate entrance, attached bathroom, bedroom with queen and 2 full beds, TV and fireplace, two closets and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, small fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. There is NO ACCESS TO THE
KITCHEN AND DINING FACILITIES, YOU ARE NOT RENTING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. There is an outside kitchen with BBQ and Hot Tub (Hot tub only available May 1st through October 31st).

This home is part of a duplex facing Clear Creek. It includes a front and back deck surrounded by pine and aspen, and the backyard deck is large enough for socializing and enjoying the summer weather. The house is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in all directions, the lake and creek are also clearly visible. Owner may be staying on the premises with Maggie, a very affectionate black Labrador, working on the landscaping during part of the summer months.

Summary: Location, premises, and host were great. My only small complaint is that the host is on site and it is not clear whether a host is on site and whether you get the place to yourself. Again, the host was great it just wasn’t clear whether the host would be staying in the same house ahead of time.
