This massive 5700 square foot estate home with 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths sits atop a 1.10 acre lot and showcases amazing views from all three levels. Sleeps a true 12 people without over crowding like other properties. Located in the estate area of Marco. The high vantage point provides stunning sunrises with a sweeping view of Barfield Bay. Relax and lounge next to the oversized salt water pool and hot tub in the screened lanai. Wildlife is a big part of this area of Marco. Gopher tortoises and tropical birds abound in this pristine natural setting. This home was designed to have anything and everything you may need to enjoy your perfect island getaway. Plenty of beach/pool gear so no worries. Also a fully stocked kitchen. Can't forget to mention the filled up game room either. The pool is set to 87° and the hot tub will go to 102° just like the JW Marriott's. Home is equipped with 2 full-size refrigerators. One in the kitchen and one in the garage.
