Positive: The villa is a historic property that has been well restored. The accommodation is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. When there is summer sun the grounds provide space to eat outside and relax. But access to the sea is not as described.

Negative: The property is described as beachfront. It is not. One walks out to cliffs. That was a big disappointment as we booked it to go swimming. The local area is blighted by considerable rubbish dumping. Nearby beaches are blighted by rubbish and not suitable for sunbathing.

Summary: The villa is not beachfront and the environs detract
