Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish chalet in the heart of the Catskills, 2.5 hours from New York City.

The chalet has an open kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, and a TV/yoga/gym lounge that can also be a third bedroom. Enjoy a day of exploring the Catskills, or relax in this "home away from home", and follow it with a night in the hot tub, a fire pit, or unwinding by the fireplace. Enjoy!

The space:

This isn't just a rental property; it's the home of a young couple who have to travel for work. They enjoy sharing their peaceful haven with friends and like-minded individuals when they're away. This unique arrangement offers a more personal experience, as you'll be staying in a home that's truly loved and cared for.

On the first floor, there's a large kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (both with patio/hot tub access), and a full bathroom. Climbing the custom-made cast iron stairwell you'll find a half bathroom and a lounge area that serves multiple purposes, from TV room to yoga studio. The daybed becomes a kingsize bed and a cave with a chalk wall is the paradise for little kids.

The Chalet is in a wooden area, surrounded by State protected lands within the Catskills region, 15 minutes from Belleayre Ski resort. Our closest town is Phoenicia.

The Chalet is all for you to enjoy. Although we built a beautiful dungeon for our nephews (5 and 9 years old) on the second floor, guests with kids shall exercise caution if they are not used to the woods and natural surroundings elements.

- We enjoy thrift hunting for treasures in the well-known antique shops that are in upstate NY, please enjoy these precious elements, and help us preserve them. We have some natural plants at home, they appreciate some drops of water every Sunday!
