Gorgeous 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home, of which 3 bedrooms are en-suites. The layout has a private in-law quarters (1 bedroom 1.5 bath + full kitchen + living room). Located in a desirable and centrally located Miami neighborhood with 2,400 sf living area and sitting on over a 1/4 acres lot size + nestled amid lush landscaping and trees for maximum privacy. All four full baths have been remodeled. Smart connected home also has security cameras throughout the exterior of the property.

Split floor plan with private outdoor entrance. Main house is a 3/3 including 2 en-suites. A separate outdoor entrance opens into a 1/1.5 with full kitchen, living room, and 1 en-suite. Central A/C through out.

Summary: Lovely home, fit 2 families very well. Pool was lovely and warm but did have iguana poop surrounding it every morning. That’s nature for you though. Pleasantly surprised to have an electric kettle as we’re all big tea drinkers. Location worked for where we needed to be. Great communication with the owners. Thank you!
