Summary: As soon as I checked in, I paid and noticed I was charged under “Misc” $10.36. When I asked what that was, I was told it was a mistake and will be reversed! Up to now, I haven’t seen the credit yet! We stayed 2 days and no cleaning was done. Toiletries, towels, roll of papers were not refilled! Front desk starts from 3pm-9pm only! Office is closed before & after that time!
