This charming historic home is brimming with character and old fashioned charm! The 1800's build has a sweeping and spacious layout with so many unique features throughout the home. From stunning hardwoods and woodwork, to the gourmet kitchen and high ceilings, you'll be enchanted with the ambience of this home from the moment you step inside!
Layout:
First Level - kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, bar, and bedroom with a full sized bed.
Second Level - Bedroom with a queen bed, primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a beautiful clawfoot tub in the primary to enjoy aesthetically, but it is and not for use at this time.
There are outdoor security cameras are on the left side of the front porch, left side of the side, porch, and right above the kitchen door leading to the back patio.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the East side of town, you'll be just 5 miles from Downtown Broadway and only 7 minutes in the car from the airport. Nearby favorites include: Sweetmilk, Cheba Hut, HiFi Cookies, Yeast Nashville, Bagelshop and Salento Italian! There's also Tennfold Pizza and Brewery, Nectar Urban Cantina, Sunflower Bakehouse, Phat Bites, The Hermitage,Two Rivers Golf Course, Two Rivers Dog Park, The Grand Ole Opry, and the Opry Mills Mall!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
