Bright apartment, recently renovated, overlooking the lake and the small fishing harbor, in the center of the old nucleus of Abbadia and at the beginning of the pedestrian promenade aboard the shore of the lake.
The apartment, about 85 square meters, consists of a large lounge / living room with two windows overlooking the lake (sofa, TV, table with 6 chairs), a well-equipped kitchen for 12 people and with a window to the garden (machine for coffee, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer), two double bedrooms (mattress width 160 cm) with windows overlooking the garden and lake view, one with a walk-in closet. A bathroom, for the exclusive use of the larger room, has a window to the garden, a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a bathtub with shower. The second bathroom has a sink, a bidet, a shower and a washer / dryer. The apartment has independent heating for the winter while, for the summer days, has a fan in each room. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is accessed via a single flight of stairs but, since there is no elevator, it is not accessible to people with motor disabilities.
The house has an internal courtyard with a carport reserved for the apartment and a room for storing canoes and / or bicycles. From the back of the house you can access, through a private staircase, to the center of the village where you can find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, a pharmacy and two banks.
Just in front of the house you can walk along the Lungo Lago street that runs along the shore and where you can find both free and equipped beaches.
