Summary: Staff was great. The room we booked was to have courtyard view, unless the parking lot is considered the courtyard, that was the view. The pillows were terrible- super soft with zero firmness. I stacked two pillows and sunk down to an inch of thicknesss. I highly recommend bringing your own pillows as this turned out to cause being uncomfortable with very little sleep. The breakfast was good. Not the best stay but, I've had worse.
