The space
Gated community. Waterfront. Next to League City Boat Ramp. Lakeside trail accessible to residents only. You may see fish jumping, ducks/birds roaming, or eggs hidden in bush. Great for relaxing, fishing or boating! Note: Our community does NOT provide parking for large boat. Be watchful for alligators, though rarely seen. Never feed wild life!

Other things to note
Please do NOT use fireplace, due to safety concerns. The top step of the stairway is a little higher than others. Rain drops on Sunroof make noticeable noise.
If your reservation is close to 4 weeks, please consider to RESERVE 30 DAYS. You may end up paying less, because of the following “30-Day Rule”:
1) Guests who occupy a hotel room for 30 or more consecutive days with no payment interruption are considered permanent residents and are exempt from hotel tax.
