Positive: The staff were very kind and helpful, meeting in person after our afternoon flight to provide the keys, show us the accommodation, and answer any questions we had. Coffee, tea, bottled water, and small candies were available in the common kitchen area, which is a pleasant touch of hospitality. The room, bathroom, and common kitchen were spotless, and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The WiFi is fast for doing work. There are also tram and bus routes right outside the building for easy public transportation around Rome. My family and I enjoyed our stay at U Sweet Home and would recommend this accommodation to any travelers visiting Rome. Thank you for a lovely stay!
