This stunning Queenstown Holiday home boasts uninterrupted lake & mountain views. Just 5 minutes to the bottom carpark to the Remarkables Ski field and also very close to Jacks Point Golf Course.

Although the house does not have a spa we can arrange for the hire of one for the courtyard (at additional cost)

The Barn is adjacent to the main house and boasts a large entertainers lounge area with gas fireplace, bar, kitchenette, 2nd laundry facilities and a powder room. The bedroom has 4 magnificent timber king single (adult size) bunks with marble ensuite bathroom.
Full concierge services available through The Butler (by prior arrangement).
An Intimate courtyard with Outside Dining and BBQ links the main house and the Barn.

Someone from The Butler will meet guests on arrival - so please provide travel details. Then we will be just a phone call away. Subject to COVID19 regulations the meet & greet may not be possible but we will advise in advance of any changes.

The Estate boasts a tennis court, Jetty, boat ramp, lakeside gas BBQs and tables for guest use.
Apart from a couple of lock-up cupboards, guests have full access to the house.
Five Star finishes and luxurious furnishings feature throughout with no expense spared in creating a beautifully appointed private residence.
The Master Bedroom suite indulgently takes up the entire 1st floor. The bedroom has a king size bed, study alcove and uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains. The enormous ensuite bathroom features a double shower in Emperador marble, double vanity and a bath conservatory with views of the lake and mountains.
Guest bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and marble ensuite bathroom.
Guest bedroom 3 has Twin single beds (or King size bed) with adjacent marble bathroom.
Fully equipped laundry with additional heating that serves as a drying room in winter.
Highly recommended to have a rental car or two for a group staying here. There is no public transport to the Estate. Taxi fare from Frankton airport approx $40.
