- Entering the main villa through an elegant hall with old Siena marble and grand ornamental staircase, you’ll find the cosy drawing room with open fireplace and the splendid dining room to seat up to 20 people around its traditional wooden table. From there you’ll access the terracotta courtyard at the back, ideal for breakfast. Situated at the very front of the villa instead is the magnificent covered terrace with breathtaking lakeviews and perfect for outdoor dining.
- On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom, a separate study and a balcony overlooking the lake. Other 3 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
- On the second floor is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a mansard family room with living room, double bedroom, single bedroom, and bathroom.
- The independent guest house offers 2 modern bedrooms for 4 people and has a fabulous terrace with panoramic lake views.
Located adjacent to the main villa, the poolhouse offers a relaxing cinema room, a gym, a small bar area and a bathroom. Surrounded by teak decking with umbrellas and sun loungers is a heated swimming pool. A short walk up the hill lies a tennis court with artificial surface. Tennis balls and racquets are available at the villa and a tennis coach is available on request.
The villa includes a full staff with private chef, team of butlers, housekeeping, gardeners, boat boys, concierge and manager on site; every wish is accommodated for in order to make your holiday truly unforgettable. The main staff reside on the property in separate accommodation. Extras, such as food, beverages, transportation, flowers, entertainment, etc., are charged separately.
