Positive: The location and community were amazing. The host and property managers responded to me promptly.

Negative: There were a lot of things I didn't like about the house. They need to upgrade everything in the house. The white couch was very dirty and black and not comfortable at all. There were no comfortable chairs to sit on at all. The table chairs' bottoms were missing on some of the chairs so they wobbled. The showers need bars to hold on to, and mats on the floor because the shower floor is slippery. The shower heads need to be updated as you have no control over the spray that felt like needles hitting you. They also need a shelf to be able to put your shower items as there is nothing but a soap dish. The bathrooms need a deep clean as the floor basins were dusty. The loft area was nice, however, there were these 3 nasty-looking pillows on the floor that needs to be replaced. The pool table was old and one of the legs was off and needs to be replaced. The pool area is nice but could use a rail at the pool and hot tub to help with getting in and out of the pool. The lounge and table chairs at the pool were not comfortable other than the 3 new chairs they added to the table. Ceiling fans would be good outside also because it was so hot. The beds were ok but could be firmer in some rooms. There are a few other areas that I'm sure I could mention but I can't think of them right now.
