In this context is located “Villa Glicine”, a historical house that has been recently renovated by the owner, an architect that truly loves the Villa and reflects this feeling in every single detail. A few characteristics of this house would be enough to make you fall in love with it. First of all its position is very central, but at the same time privacy is guaranteed, indeed nobody from the outside can look into the courtyard and the windows placed towards the lake. Peace is also predominant as in front of the house you can only see a private park and, beyond it, the lake. The other strong point is the restoration that has been done in a modern and tasteful style but keeping at the same time the fascination of this old building or actually, I would say, highlighting it. Moreover on request we can make an Ozone treatment which is one of the world's best non-chemical sanitizers and smell removal. This machine allows to deeply purify a room, even all the textile, mattress, pillows… It eliminates all bacteria and virus that a previous guest might have left. The extra cost for this treatment would be calculated on request.
