Summary: This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and insisted we eat some breakfast before we head out. The staff were so kind and friendly, and the hotel itself is incredibly beautiful. Our room was authentically Italian and the bathroom was clean and beautiful. The hotel is very peaceful, and the view of the lake from our window was stunning. The only negative was that the hot tub was not working, as we were looking forward to enjoying it while taking in the views of the lake, but this minor inconvenience was more than made up for by how far above and beyond Francesca and Manuela went for us.
