Positive: Loved that the house was directly on the lake, location was amazing, close to Lake George, beautiful! Kayak on property.

Negative: Smaller than appears in pictures, the attic room that I thought the kids could sleep in and hang out in was filled with spiders and bugs. 2 people had to leave because there was no hot water in the shower, and had to buy 2 twin mattresses for the kids to sleep in living room because of the spiders in the attic. Kind of disappointed for the price I paid.
