The 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep 7 guests plus you will have an additional queen size air mattress. This home can accommodate a total of 9 guests. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This apartment is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower and includes Arcade & games to have fun while inside this home. Outside the apartment there is a huge yard with BBQ grill & sitting area and lots of reserved parking space. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the apartment in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. You have 2 reserved parking spots within the complex and plenty more off street.
Located in a quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens and near the University of the Incarnate Word. Apartment is walking distance to the San Antonio Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to downtown San Antonio.
