Summary: The amount charged was more than what was quoted by Hotels.com. It was very frustrating to work through this issue. The hotel would not budge. The clerk was professional but had no discretion to resolve the issue. The room was satisfactory. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast bar since it started after I needed to leave.
