Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges, exterior painting of the building and parking garage will begin january of 2026 with anticipated completion in the first week of april 2026. this will affect ability to book certain rooms, access to unit balconies and access to the pool and spa areas, as of november 1st, towers on the grove will no longer have access to the fire pit gathering area, gazebo and grilling areas. these areas are owned and operated by an outside company and this company is anticipating a repurposing of this area, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
