Summary: Check in was fine except they failed to tell us the building we were in had one elevator and it was inoperable. We were packed for a 8 night cruise and had to lug our 40 pound bags up to the 3rd floor. I called the desk and they had no idea when the elevator would be fixed. No offer to get us on a ground floor. Gave us $50 resort credit where a sandwich is $19. Won't stay here again.
