Positive: We were surprised there were no little shampoos in the bedrooms nor water in the swimming pool area to drink, also no offer of more warm choice at breakfast. As a 4start hotel these seem like basics that would be offered. We still enjoyed the hotel very much, the kids room is one of the best we have seen! We loved the small touches they offered for kids through out the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and great size. We would come again but we found the price for an off season and understaffed in reception, too much.
